I’ve know this big cat for over 18 yrs, my family and I have been using his services and skills dating back to 2003. Ari’s has been and continues to be a GREAT technician and owner. We had a pipe burst at my house and water was everywhere. After calling different businesses I found that Big Cat Comfort had the best price for my issue. The technician arrived as soon as possible. As soon as they arrived they were very professional and quick with their repair. Overall one of the best customer service experiences I've had!
Recommended by a coworker of mine to call because the hot water tank malfunctioned leaving my family without hot water in the middle of a MICHIGAN winter. The company was able to send someone in the DAY following the over the phone consultation. They made sure to keep the area clean while working and when they left. Very clear and concise communication even gave some recommendations for the care of the got water tank moving forward DEFINITELY a new reoccurring client!
I have known Ari for close to 20 years. I was very impressed with how professional, efficient and polite he was in his first visit.Oh and he got the job done really fast and we’re happy with his performance he did an outstanding job I cannot say enough about him he went the extra mile to get us heat on a freezing single digits January weather,he made sure we were taken care of and ever since I’ve been using his services and I’ll highly recommend to anyone the needs HVAC services.
I couldn’t be more happier with the tankless heater that Ari installed. After getting bids from two other companies, Big Cat Comfort had the best price. Very prompt, on time and definitely made sure to leave the work area nicely cleaned (even disposed my old rusted water heater). I would definitely recommend Big Cat for any HVAC / Plumbing work.
