After living with a leaky faucet for over a year, I got tired of tying up the faucet with hair ties and rubber bands every night. I had seen their vans around my neighborhood and decided to give them a call. I called on Monday, Joe came out on Wednesday. He was so polite and professional, wore a mask the whole time and had my faucet fixed perfectly before I even finished my online genetics lecture! I should've had it fixed sooner. I had no idea they could fix it so quickly and they were reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to give them a call. I know I won't hesitate next time!
Jim and Joe are the best. Always return calls promptly, call or text before arriving and within the time window and most importantly friendly and professional.
They were great. Showed up in 30 mins, installed a new laundry tub faucet, replaced all the lines and hardware bringing it up to code, and were in and out in less than 45 mins. I’ll definitely be using them again.
We've used Royal Oak Plumbing for a number of jobs--big and small--at our house and at a rental house. Jim and Joe are great. They do excellent work, are responsive, and their prices are reasonable.
Joe with Royal Oak Plumbing came out to take care of a backed up drain and the cleanouts outside. He was professional, on time and communicated with me the entire time. This was our first time working with RO Plumbing and overall, we were extremely happy with their work and price.
