I was a long time customer until they lost my $400 pair of dress pants and will not acknowledge it. I brought them here for an alternation and to get dry cleaned. Smiles as per usual. When I returned, they only had a separate order of mine and magically could not remember my earlier visit. Go here if you want your expensive dress pants lost...
I wanted to give them a shot, I called up here yesterday to see how much it would be to dry clean 2 of my mans mechanic snap on jackets, (mind you its full of oil and dirt) the lady says it’s 6.20 for a jacket, I asked her again if the price was right and tried to explain to her the situation of jackets being oil ridden and grease stained, she began to yell at me on the phone that she already said the price.. I won’t give them a chance to make up for it... I don’t wanna he told one price then pay another
Had exceptionally perfect service every time I got my clothes cleaned. Each piece returns to me better than new. Very friendly and caring people who work there. Last time they didn’t charge me for full service of a blouse - the nicest compliment one regular customer could possibly get!
The door says that they open at 730am. I have stopped there 3 mornings in a row to pick up clothes. Two times at 745am and now at 830am. No one had been there. They are not open. I need an item that is in there. Now I have to wait until he gets here and I will be late.
