I'm only giving them 1 star because there are no negative star options. The service was horrible. The hired them to clean my sectional sofa, in order to refresh a stale smell. The tech first put the damp cushions on my hardwood floors as he steamed them. When I noticed, I got sheets and laid them down and asked that he put them there. When he ran out of room on the first couple sheets, instead of asking me for more sheets (because I had actually laid out 4 sheets), he started laying them on my bathroom floor. Which I thought was gross. When I noticed I asked that he put them on the other sheets that I had laid out and re-steam the ones he had put on the bathroom floor. He immediately got an attitude. I would never use them again. And by the way, the stale smell returned in a couple of weeks. Never ever again!!!!!
Worst customer service ever. Now outta business, of course.
I'm not the type of person to get angry and leave a review but Jesus Christ. The hours on Google are all wrong. This place is only open from 11 until 4. Who opens at 11?nnJust go to Hagopian. They do the same thing, the price is about the same and they're open on Saturdays.
