I'm really happy with the service and quality of work here. I've used this location for around 50+ pieces for dry cleaning. No issues, cleaned well, everything in order. They had a rough start with process once Covid-19 started, but I think they got that ironed out. I'm not a fan of the odd hours and extended pick-up times, but that said, when I had an issue, the manager Justin went miles and miles above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Probably some of the best customer service I've ever received.

The employee who met me in the parking lot to pick up my comforter for cleaning was rude and unprofessional. I mentioned a coupon that I had accidentally left at home, asking if I can bring it when I return for pickup, and he got sassy with me and told me the coupon had better stipulate the item that I was bringing, and when I asked a question, he went back in the store while I was still speaking and didn't come back out. This man had no manners whatsoever, and I do not feel valued as a customer. I will NEVER return to this business.

I dropped items off on 1/28, I was told that they'd contact me in a few days. When I asked how long it'd take they said like a week because I wasn't getting just cleaning but also a zipper repair and other small repairs. They never called. Finally, I called 2/10 to figure out what was going on with my stuff. The lady on the phone said it would be done on 2/11. I hadn't heard anything on 2/11, so I called back...only be told that my items won't be ready until 2/15. Ridiculous. I told the man on the phone that this was unacceptable in my eyes. He told me that the manager would call me today, but it's halfway through the work day and no-one has called. Previously they'd never called me to tell me that it'd be taking much longer than the original estimate. I understand that this company recently opened...but they should've figured out their business operations a bit better before opening. I am completely unsatisfied with their service. And will not return.

Had my bedding and large blankets cleaned here and they are sooo clean and smell amazing! Will definitely make this my go-to dry cleaner.

Had one Item in for Dry Cleaning, went to pick-up on Monday, nobody there, door locked, hours say they are open. Went back on Tuesday at a different time and same thing, no one there. Finally got my Item on the third try. To make up for the inconvenience they still charged full price and sent me on my way.
