I went to get my suit dry cleaned today for an interview less than a week away these fine folks got me in immediately when no one else would! Not to mention I am looking clean and fresh because of them! The service is top notch, the staff is incredibly kind-hearted, and because of this I will be no longer going anywhere else for my dry cleaning services! I recommend them a hundred times over!
One of the best cleaners I have been too, they were so welcoming , nice and clean when I came in. They were great with any questions or help I had. One piece of clothing I had needed to be fix but they weren’t able to do it so they pointed me in the direction to get it done so fast. My clothes were ready on the day they told me with no delays. For the past 8 years, John Harris has provided me the absolute best customer service of any vendor I have ever used for anything. I couldn’t possibly recommend this place any higher. Outstanding service. This is the first review I’ve ever written but felt I needed to share my Royalty Cleaners experience.
After my long time dry cleaner quit, I really struggled to find a new one with the same level of service. Though it is tough that Royalty doesn't offer delivery in my area, the care they take with my clothes is so appreciated. They are also super nice and willing to answer questions. Prices are rather steep though.
Used Royalty Cleaners to preserve my wedding dress. They did an amazing job. I really love the staff. They are super friendly and accommodating. I will use Royalty Cleaners for any future dry cleaning needs.
