Owner was very courteous and flexible. He was able to drive us to the airport last minute on a Sunday morning. His vehicle was extremely nice, and clean. I would recommend this taxi service!
Had a good experience with Crosswinds Taxi while in Muskegon. Courteous, on-time and the vehicle was spotless. During the pandemic, the driver wore a mask the entire time which was comforting.

This cab was clean, professional and punctual for us. Plus his van is so nice it is almost like a short limousine!
Had a rough start to my morning with car trouble needed to get to my car rental place before my dead line. Couldn't get a lyft or any other taxi service but God had my back made a call to Mike Madole he was seriously the sweetest most helpful person I could have asked for. I highly recommend and would definitely use him in the future.
