I am not happy at all with their services. They did a good job cleaning up, however, they purposely invaded my boyfriend's and I's privacy to get more money. There was a small fire in our apartment with a lot of water damage in our kitchen. No other part of our apartment was affected. However they came an extra day and were cleaning places we did not ask them to clean and invaded both of our rooms where the door was closed and we did not give them permission to enter. My boyfriend works in the building below, so he was on site and available for them to ask questions. However, the one day that we were both at work, they went into our rooms looking for stuff to clean I assume and scared our kittens that were in my room. There was no damage to our rooms, the doors were closed, and they still went in there. They were not professional and were only looking for extra places to clean to get more insurance money. Use their services if you want your privacy invaded.
We found what looked to be a serious mold problem in our cottage. ServPro sent technicians Dave and Steven out to do remediation. It took them two days to complete, they were very professional and extremely helpful and informative. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result.
Everyone was was very nice and on time and new what they were doing. They us professional equipment and plenty of it and had the basement dry very fast
I had a sewage backup in my office space. Servpro came out and a timely manner and inform me of the process that needed to happen and kept me updated. Very professional definitely would use again and I highly recommend them. Thanks AJ
