It's unfortunate that the cleaners is not what it use to be. That quality is not there anymore. Took over (2) weeks to get the clothes cleaned and pressed. When I received them, they were still not done right. Will not be RETURNING.!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have had my property (ONE ITEM) for nearly a month. I called back after 10 days and was told, “I’m sorry. It wasn’t sent out. I’ll send it today.” I’ve called several times and have gone up there and am being told, “It’s not back yet and I can’t tell you when it will be back.” I’m beginning to think they have either destroyed or stolen my property. After this ordeal, I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER ITEM TO REMWOLTS!

They were supposed to make alterations to my dress. I had to take my dress to someone else. The seamstress I took it to, informed me that they had butchered my dress. I called for a refund because I had to pay someone else to fix it. The manager talked down to me like I was nothing. They also discolored my mom suit and asked her how old it was. Does it make a difference? Y'all messed it up, so why does it matter how she had it. This used to be one of the best cleaners in our community. It has not been the same since Mr. Remwolt passed. Save your money and go somewhere else

Fast friendly service. Hemmed my pants and they were ready to pick up next day. Cost less than expected.
