Our washer wasn’t draining correctly. After going through some questions on the phone they set up an appointment the same day. They were prompt, diagnosed the problem in minutes, and got to work fixing it. They charged me the same price quoted on the phone. I felt their service and the knowledge I gained from talking to them was a great added value. Will highly recommend to others and will use them for future septic needs if necessary.
After waiting for them all day, they arrived stayed in my basement for 10 mins, came back up said they could not help me. I tried to let them know Tom used to have to go into the back yard to clean the sewer and he told me he did not have time to do that because he had other jobs to do today. I hate to say it but ever since Ted and Tom passed the quality of this company has gone way DOWNHILL! I DO NOT recommend and will NEVER use them again. Disappointed Ex Loyal Customer.
