We had a very bad experience with Laurie Osborne. She was the selling agent on a home we recently purchased. We contacted her in attempts to set up a showing and never heard back from her. After getting another agents help she proceeded to make our home buying process as difficult as possible. She didn't show up for any of the final walk-throughs or anything. We never even saw this lady. She bullied our agent with poor communication and told us that she was continuing to show the house even after we had a signed contract. Just a big lack in professionalism. You can tell she's very 'comfortable' with her job position in the area.

I contacted Centry 21 in Eddyville just based off finding them on the internet. Our appointed agent was Laurie Osborne. We spent most of a day looking at several homes in the area. We haven't bought yet, but will in the near future. Laurie was fantastic. Very knowledgeable of the area and TOTALLY organized. She's not pushy like most. We were even able to see a home that wasn't on the market yet. She was born and raised in Eddyville and knows the area very well. We own and operate our own business and truly appreciate good customer service. I recommend this place and Laurie Osborne to anyone looking for a home or vacation property!
