I visit once every other week to have a comforter washed. One attendant is SUPER friendly and nice. The attendant named Alex is rude and terse. She put her hand out abruptly and said 6 feet when I attempted to pay. She refused to take the cash from my hand and asked me to place it on a table. She asked me to place my comforter in one bin, but then told me to move to another. I was shocked at the tone she used. I became flustered at her flurry of verbal commands, asked for the owner information and left. She then followed me out to my car demanding my name which I refused to provide as I was no longer dropping off laundry. She called me rude and returned to the building. I have not yet heard from owner, David, after leaving a message. I will no longer drop items off if she is working.
I hadn't been there since 1969.nThe attendant was extremely helpful.nShe showed me how to add the soap, how much $ to insert. Couldn't have managed without her.nShe was constantly cleaning the surfaces. I felt very safe.ud83dudc4d❣
