From the initial meeting with the owner, Neil Miller, to discuss a new furnace/humidifier/air conditioner system installation, Miller’s Nu-Tech was all about high level customer service at every turn.nThe 2 day installation and subsequent follow up was an overall exceptional experience.nThis company honestly is a bit more expensive than others, but is well worth it.nThe technicians: Brett, Ed, Joe and Matt (front office) and Bridget (back office re: rebates) are all personable, respectful, honest and took the time in explaining options available with costs in mind.nThe technicians always had cleanliness and safety in mind especially of concern now with the current COVID virus situation. They even wore face masks in a large open basement when nobody else was in the vicinity!nHighly recommend Miller’s Nu-tech Plumbing and Heating. There is no need to research further!

Water heater went out, called around the next day for quotes. Miller's was one of the only places in town that wanted to give a quote over the phone during a pandemic. Person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Their prices are very reasonable and not over the top unlike some other plumbers in town. They also had a water heater in stock and where able to install it they day. The plumber that came out to do the install was nice and courteous, and installed the new unit in what seemed like no time at all. I'll definitely be calling Miller's again in the future for any other plumbing or hvac work.

Recently during our last cold spell our furnace went out I called Miller’s they came out that day and told me we needed a new one. The next day they put one in. The technician Ed was great, very professional, highly qualified in his field couldn’t ask for a better person to do the work. We highly recommend Miller’s Nu-Tech for all your heating and AC needs.

Just had a new furnace installed by Miller's Nu-Tech and couldn't be happier. The installers were prompt, courteous and most importantly got us back up and going in one day for a reasonable price. A+ rating from me!

I had great service with this company and will be using them again. Very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Made sure all my questions were answered before they left the job.i had a life event happen while purchasing this Furnance and this Company handled it very well and made my experience smooth.
