Our event happened in November of 2019. It is now almost June 2020 and our restoration has not been completed. Calls were not returned in a timely manner. They keep brushing us off. The amount of work left to do is minimal. Not reliable. Avoid.
Driver of van #8 cut my wife and I off on the highway today several times. He was acting ridiculous. Would never hire a company with an employee who acts like this guy.

We'ver had 3 or 4 different carpet cleaners over the past few years. When the carpet dries, some stains always reappeared. Bear went over heavy traffic areas a few times, to make sure the area was clean. I had a stain made from greasy body lotion I was unable to remove myself, but that older carpet looks like new, and they left a nice clean fragrance that wasn't overpowering. I waited until the carpet dried before posting this review. Punctual, polite, and even moved my furniture! I have found my go to guys for carpet cleaning. Thank you Bear!
