I used their other store in Clinton Township for 11 years before moving out here. They have always been very professional and do great work. I appreciate the fact that when he sees me walking in he’s already getting my laundry for me!

The customer service was horrible. I took a newly purchased king size Tahari comforter to remove a makeup spot from the comforter. They totally discolored the comforter. The comforter is part of a 10 piece set. When the owner/manager brought my comforter to the counter, I immediately told him that my comforter was all white with white embroidery. The one that he presented to me had a brownish/ purple embroidery. He insisted that this was mine. I paid for the service and immediately went home and grabbed a pillow from the set and returned to the store to show the owner/manager that clearly they had discolored/ruined the comforter. He refused to acknowledge they discolored the comforter and then all of a sudden, he could no longer speak English. Now I have to spend my time going to small claims court!nI am furious and will never go there again!

The only place that can clean the collar and wrist on all my dress shirts. I’ve used many different cleaners, all over Macomb county, and no one else has cleaned or properly pressed my button down dress shirts. They’ve also done great cleaning all my suits.nnShocked by the negative reviews. I’ve never had an issue. Great work at a great price and fast.

I am looking for a place nearby to get all our dry cleaning done. Based on the reviews I just read, this is the last place I would ever consider. Sounds like North Point should just close their doors and lock them for good instead of just leaving early.

Don't go here. Dropped off my girlfriends coat last week picked it up a few days later. Get home and she notices a big burn/melted part of the collar. Take it up there last night lady behind the counter says, oh sorry those thing happen but I must come back and talk to manager/owner. Bring it backup there e says its not his fault they did not do that. Tries blaming it on a previous stain... I said even if it was a stain why is there a big melted part of the fabric? Still denying they didn't do it. Now I got a pissed girlfriend and a ruined coat. This place sucks!
