This is Cathy, Doug's wife. I have been doing laundry here for many, many years. Yes, there are machines that are out of order, but there are more that work. I have lost money, left a note, and either received a refund or caught Kyle when I see him! This is a small town business and those of us that use it regularly want it to stay open! Kyle is very easy to get a hold of, I even got him on vacation in Florida, and he called me right back!

Lost money in 3 different dryers. I left a note inside the laundry matt, i called the phone number a few times and left messages and i sent messages through text. Still have not heard a thing and it's been a week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. You will lose your money on machines that don't work and will not get a response from this laundry matt. NOT A GOOD PLACE AT ALL!!

Waste of money, dryers dont work, washers eat money but dont work...Cant contact nobody.Great way to scam people of money..Oh you mean the phone that rings and when you leave a message it hangs up on you...I can show you my phone records the 36x I've tried calling...The Phone number doesn't give you a chance to leave a message

Dryers steal quarters commonly. An out of order sign would be nice instead of scamming people.
