I would prefer to not leave any stars for this company!!! We brought in a dress that I was able to wear only two times to be cleaned and it was returned to us with two small, unrepairable, holes burned in the front of it. Although, it was, without a doubt, something that happened there at their facility they will not do anything about it and blamed it on me! This dress was purchased at Von Maur in Detroit and I paid a decent amount for it.nnSeveral years ago Sheldon Cleaners lost a pair of my husbands slacks, when we brought his suit in to be cleaned, and never offered to reimburse us for any part of this loss. Unfortunately, I thought I would give them another chance, which was another costly lesson. I am absolutely disgusted with Sheldon Cleaners customer care and service. They may be the largest dry cleaners in Grand Rapids but definitely the worst.
