When my house got hit by lightening it blew a hole in my roof and did a ton of damage inside and outside. Cat Rec got right there. They patched the hole in my roof while the thunderstorm was still going on! I'm so happy with how they handled our claim from start to finish. It was scary and upsetting at first, but Cat Rec made it as positive as it could be. Now my house is back to normal. Their team is so nice too. Happy to have them in my home. Thanks Cat Rec!

I had a pipe in my laundry room freeze and burst during the 2019 Polar Vortex. My basement had standing water and I called nearly a dozen companies to ask for help cleaning up. All of them were too busy with other issues caused by the cold weather and told me it would be days before they were free. Cat Rec sent two people out within a few hours! The guys moved by belongings to a dry area, sucked up all the water, and brought in fans and de-humidifiers to continue the drying process. They came back daily to check on the progress and equipment. It has been a few weeks now and there is no sign of mold or mildew and nothing smells damp. I would highly recommend working with Cat Rec.

I can't say enough about the great work and craftsmanship that CATREC did at my house. I had a sewer pipe beak in my basement that caused the entire basement area to be replaced. This included a bedroom, bathroom, utility/laundry area and large recreation room. An example of the care that they took involved replacing a portion of a knotty pine wall treatment which was originally installed over 50 years ago. They travelled to 4 different lumber yards trying to find similar wood to match. The next problem was trying to match the stain color to the existing knotty pine that had aged over the years. They made 23 different recipes of stain until they matched the existing color exactly. They showed up everyday for work and cleaned up at the end of the day. Due to their excellent craftsmanship my basement area is far superior than before the damage.
