We needed the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned on our newly purchased home and BailTek got the job done!! They were very responsive and were able to get to us quickly! They’re really very professional and on time! When they arrived they went through step by step on the process and laid out what I should expect. The ducts and dryer vents had never been done and were QUITE dirty. However they took their time making sure to do a thorough job and completely meet my expectations. The friendliness and professionalism of the service techs completely exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this company hands down without any hesitations!
They arrived on time, had masks with them, worked efficiently, were professional, courteous and did a great job. Carpet looks like new and smells wonderful. We have a new puppy who had left her mark on the carpet a few times, you would never know it now. Have used them before and will use them again. I would highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs!
BailTek did the best job we have had done in many years. With white carpeting in our livingroom, the quality of cleaning makes a big difference. BailTek left the carpet almost dry and looking like it was just installed back in 2000! (Carpet is 20 years old.) Superior attention to detail and professionalism. I will have them back when we need cleaning again and would definitely recommend BailTek to my friends.
Carpets looked good as new even after a YEAR without more than a vacuum! And with kids and training a puppy I didn't think that was possible without buying new carpets. Will definitely be calling BailTek again!
