Very professional, friendly and really is very knowledgeable about up keep with carpet cleaning. My carpet look great and after cleaning left my home with a lovely scent. The carpet specialist even gave me a few tips on what to use if I ever get a stain in my carpet ☺.nMy sister used this company as well and everything she said about them was true and I will usenAbsolute ProCare again, also will tell my clients and friends about them. I had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Shannon was a pleasure to speak with while making my appointment and made sure to answer all of my questions. Wes arrived for my cleaning on time, took his time to do a walk thru and explain everything in detail. He was very professional and polite. My carpets and furniture look stunning and smell great! I am really happy with the service that I was provided. I had one bedroom and a carpeted stair case cleaned. We have a large dog that sheds and there was lots of dog hair I was unable to get out myself. Our technician did a wonderful job getting the carpet clean and getting that dog hair out. I’ll say it’s about 80% better which is a world of difference for carpet that’s never been shampooed.nnThanks so much and I will be referring you to all my friends and family.
