Am insurance claim was filed months ago by our family and we still have not had a single thing done by Purves. The general contractor Bob is a horrible communicator, slow to respond, and unorganized, sending the wrong person for the wrong project that must be completed first.nnI strongly recommend that you steer far away from Purves if you need work done in a 365 day time frame.

Maybe after the job actually gets completed, I'll change this review. It's been 1 1/2 months and the only thing that has been accomplished, they've hung 4 sheets of drywall. My insurance company paid you on July 26th- 3 weeks ago, and only drywall done. VERY disappointed! The lack of communication doesn't help with an already poor job.nnUpdate: LOVE my finished kitchen. Once they realized there was a problem, they worked really quickly to fix and finish. My only issue was the numerous different contractors they sent. We constantly had to re-explain what needed to be done. Sometimes they wouldn’t show up with what was needed because they were told it was already here. Ended up loving one of the contracting groups and they worked for a few weeks on my kitchen. For the last day of touch-ups ANOTHER contracting company came out to finish.

You can call 24-7 if you need restoration services. They are able to do any type of home repair work such as cleaning up a flooded basement, or rebuilding after a fire. They have a very high tech system called Fireline that can salvage items (even electronics) that have water or smoke damage. Excellent customer service.
