I have used Jan's to do our laundry when the pandemic hit. They picked up at my door with no contact and dropped off in the same manner without needing to have contact. I am very appreciative with their concern to protect others as I am high risk. They did an excellent job with the washing, folding and packaging up of our laundry. They also did alterations for my husband with a pair of jeans. Very pleased. They offer great service and I wish I could afford to have my laundry done this way all the time....a true luxury. GREAT SERVICE! Will gladly continue to be a repeat customer.

First timer in the laundry mat area. big washers were awesome, 1 out of 4 dryers I used wasn't that great ( as in it didn't get hot ) but threw load in my other dryer and was done in no time. I've used Jan's for a long time for dry cleaning and alterations and have never been unhappy

Very fast and professional. I needed a one of a kind jacket mended and not only was it done quickly but I could not even tell it was mended. Good as new.

Over the years I have used Jan's for dry cleaning many times. When I worked in office jobs, everybody had Jan's pick up and drop off dry cleaning. This winter I had 2 pipes burst and my kitchen and basement were destroyed, including my washer and dryer. I checked with Jan's about laundry pick up and was very happy to find that they would pick up my laundry. Even better, my home insurance covered the cost until my washer and dryer were replaced. Prices are very reasonable. Always friendly and helpful staff on the phone, and pick up and drop off staff are fantastic. I am pleased to give Jan's my highest recommendation. Thank you, Jan!
