I like the customer service that they provide. The employee are really friendly and helpful. It's nearby my home and convenient to buy products from them.

I had a bit of a messy situation that needed quick attention, so I went to the closest hardware store: Gilbert's. All the employees where just glued to their phones, so I didn't wait for them and just cut hose myself and got what I needed. Luckily the cashier girl showing her belly in her belly shirt was able to put her phone down to help me checkout.nnOtherwise I'd be running the register too.
They are always very helpful when I need help to find something.
