I drive over an hour regularly just to come here. It's one of my favorite places for many reasonsnThe people are usually chill, when you even see them. (Which to me is great) and its an awesome place to just relax and enjoy the view
Grew up going here all the time. Fishing. Sun bathing.swimming. salt free shark free. Lol. Great dunes. Best sunsets in the world. 5 generations of my family have gone here for fun and relaxation. My wife and i had our first kiss here 17 years ago at sunset on a beautiful Michigan summer eve. I love this well kept park. And the pier and the lake.
Small dunes are fun to climb and soft sand beach is sweet. Pier walk can give you a surprise splash if you let it :D
Perfect place to catch a sunset. Came an hour or so before sunset and plenty of parking available.
Very nice beach to go, definitely will come back!!!!!
