Pick up and delivery personnel where professional and courteous. Very helpful moving furniture and laying rugs down on their return. Our rugs came back looking like new ! I highly recommend.

Several of my friends recommended Stanley Steamer headquartered in Byron Center, MI. In fact one neighbor two doors away had them clean his furnace ducts last month. He was very pleased.nnThe two fellows arrived on time. They were very organized, wore shoe protection, face masks and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned the dryer vent too which, was a concern to me.nnWhen their work as finished and before I settled up on what I thought was a very fair price I was shown pictures of each pipe before and after cleaning. They really looked great. I was very impressed with the job they did and their professionalism. I feel the same for the owner of the business who came out to our house to give us a bid. I hesitate giving recommendations but like my friends told me...I highly recommend Stanley Steamer! Larry
We were very happy with Travis who came and was friendly and courteous and professional. He did a wonderful job! He was quick but thorough and explained everything as he was going along. I would have him come again when I’m ready for the next cleaningcleaning.
From the time Rob and Buddy came into my home they were nothing but professional. They answered my questions completely and in terms that I was able to understand. I have two puppies and they took the time to pet and play with them. At the completion of the visit, they reviewed what was found, gave suggestions for any issues that were identified and thanked me—do you believe that??! Excellent service!!
