COVID-19 COMMERCIAL SANITATION:nWhen COVID started to hit Berrien County particularly hard in the last few weeks, we ramped up our in-house sanitation procedures. But after a positive test came back post the Thanksgiving holiday, we wanted to make sure that our building, staff and clientele was protected and most importantly felt safe. I called in with no understanding of the potential process ServPro could offer. Reception was warm and kind. Then Bob, our service rep, was incredible. He made me feel validated in concerns as well as being knowledgeable about our needs. He tailored a sterilization procedure to our facility and made it happen in less than 2 days. (all while being cost conscious!) The team that was sent was prompt, prepared and communicated the entire time they were there. They told me about what they were doing and ensuring I genuinely understood the process. That made me feel like I could report back to personnel accurately on the fantastic job they did.nWould recommend 100% of the time. And as any emergency service, you don't want to ever have to use them, but I'm glad they were there when I called.

I was very disappointed with Servpro experience. I had a fire and they cancelled on me the first time. I had to wait over a week to get my furniture out to get it cleaned. Bobby sent a refund to State Farm without noticing me. She was rude on the phone and reluctant to call State Farm or send the check information to me. She should be fired. I suggest call first response instead of them.
