My husband and I chose to work with Tim based off of a personal referral. Tim helped to sell our house and also found us our forever home. Tim, unfortunately, had to deal with a very difficult realtor while we were selling. He always kept us informed and at ease during an extremely difficult time. Tim is truly a remarkable person. Transparency is a big part of who he is. We very much appreciated that. He was always able to provide deep knowledge of the various areas where we chose to look at properties, always attentive to details, and best of all Tim has stayed in touch after our closing! We will forever recommend Tim Schuck! Thank you Tim. You have 2 very happy little boys and a Mom & Dad who are forever grateful to you for your outstanding work. We love our new home!

Choosing Tim as our buying agent was one the best choice have made. From the beginning of this sale it was obvious Tim had our interest at the forefront of his mind. He skillfully negotiated with a difficult seller and ensured our needs were met on all fronts, in terms of the sale, inspections and our wellbeing during a stressful time. We now live in our dream home and Tim is the one I thank for this.
