This properties are amazing! My husband and I went to Bangor, Maine for a temporary job assignment and we loved our apartment. These properties are High-End, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The management was also very diligent on taking care of the property.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at one of ANM Properties' fully furnished apartments located in Bangor for over a year and we absolutely loved it! The new apartment was exquisitely decorated and furnished with a blend of very modern and rustic decor. We could tell a great deal of detail and craftsmanship was implored into the design and layout. Everything was top of the line, from the appliances to the most beautiful bathroom with large tiled walk in shower to the exemplary service. Adam and Cory were very friendly and took care of all our needs. We will forever miss our lovely apartment.

I rented from ANM for a year and was so happy with their prompt responses when I needed them, which honestly wasn't very often because they take great care of their properties. I loved my apartment, and only left because I was moving to southern Maine. I highly recommend renting from them!

I’ve had my first experience with ANM Properties when looking for an apartment for a colleague of mine about two years back this Christmas. I fell in love with the apartment at first sight! A year back when I was looking for an apartment for myself, ANM Properties was my first choice. The apartments are spacious and very nicely decorated. They are also filled with just about everything you can think of needing. It was certainly move in ready! I only needed to bring my clothes and any personal items I thought I’d want. Corey is also a gem to work with. He takes pride in his apartments. From exterior landscaping to interior decorating, ANM Properties is the place to be!

We’ve had an excellent experience working with Cory and ANM. When our fridge stopped working we reached out and Cory and he (and the owner of the building responded immediately-in person). We had a brand new high-end fridge within hours. We moved from out of state and ANM was one of the few management companies we contacted that not only allowed dogs, but also were willing to give us a month to month lease to accommodate our home buying process. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
