By far the best property management company in the area. They manage everything which means the people who own these places like what they are doing. I've rented a couple places from them and have always been treated right. Would highly recommend.

They don't call him Robbie Renter for nothing! Rob responded to my emails at 11pm and got me moved into an apartment only a few days later. I really appreciate all the effort he put into making sure I found a place that I could call home. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely rare to ever get somebody on the phone, left several messages on their “emergency” voicemail due to me being locked out (in the middle of winter) and never received a call back not even to ensure I was safely back inside or needed further assistance. Management is poor and answers to any questions extremely vague and short (if you can get anyone to answer the phone) oh! And I had the spare keys to my apartment given to me without any knowledge of who I was or any verification of identity! They just said “oh I trust you” So they will literally give you anyone’s keys if you ask nice enough!

Me and my girlfriend finally decided to get into our first rental and Robbie was our leasing agent, he was great to work with and worked through his weekend and had us in a place within 4 days! These property management companies usually make things pretty complicated but Robbie made it a very calm exciting and quick process. Great guy all around!
