The entire Bouchard team went above and beyond to assist with a very unusual and personally difficult situation I was facing. I had no idea where to start and was referred to Bouchard by another company. Don and Kean were SO wonderful and did an amazing job!! Josh and Sonia were also exceptional to work with by phone. Thank you for the compassion everyone showed and for making my life easier!

Our apartment caught fire and they made a stressful process easy and straightforward. Josh and his crew are professional, fast, and very thorough. They went above and beyond and were honestly so nice and understanding.

Cleaning service is awesome. Those were a good group of guys and did a great job with our water leak.nnI would not EVER recommend them for any restoration service however:nnThey kept trying to double bill labor and materials to the insurance company, we we had to be in the middle of. This took forever for them to get right.nnIt took 4 months to finish the project, a lot of it because of them not submitting the correct thing to insurance, some of it because they just didn’t show up some days they were going to.nnWe have a nice $55 per gallon white paint they were going to use for the walls and ceiling (and this is what they submitted to the insurance company to get paid for), and they tried painting our entire ceiling a light cheap brown because they had extra paint leftover from a previous job. I assume they were just going to pocket the money. They didn’t even tell us they were going to use brown, hoping we wouldn’t notice I guess. We made them redo it, which took more time.nnThey left a dent in the corner of our wall, which they didn’t tell us about. There were little things too like they didn’t screw back in a couple outlet plates, didn’t put the lightbulb back in the socket, just not very professional overall.nnThe only reason they even get 2 stars, is because the initial cleaning group was so good.

This team is like no other! When you have a disaster, you need a team that will take care of you with care. They go above and beyond and provide a huge value in our community!
