Ken and Deb were so amazing! Thankful they were willing to give me a chance and gave me my own space to rent for the past year! Sad they sold the building I’m living in but understand why they did it.

It was wonderful to work with Southern Angel Properties, LLC. We moved from Japan to Maine and they were very accommodating to our long distance move and time zone differences. We were unable to view the rental in person but the pictures were very helpful. We never had any issues, snow removal was timely, and the property was well kept. Excellent experience!

Though we did not stay in our apartment long, it was not because we didn’t enjoy our experience. We did a long haul move from VA to Maine, and we chose to work with Southern Angel Properties because they were responsive and professional. At every turn, they answered our questions, and when we moved in and asked if they would install a screen door to ensure the safety of our cat, they obliged. When we let them know that the refrigerator was far to small for our family, and that it wasn’t cooling properly, they immediately replaced it. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience, and I don’t doubt that if we had not decided to buy a home, we would still be there. The folks who run Southern Angel Properties are kind, and the person who does most of the repairs is professional and very speedy. Our family has recommended Southern Angel to many folks when they’ve asked about rentals, and we’ll continue to do so.

Ken and Deb are amazing. After moving across the country, they helped us make their apartment our home. If an issue were to arise, they were prompt and kind when taking care of it. Would highly recommend!
