Steve Roy was tremendously helpful throughout the process of listing and selling our home. When the inspection uncovered some major work that needed to be done he provided excellent suggestions for contractors who could do it, and who then provided us with great customer service. Likewise with the house we purchased - he ensured everything flowed smoothly.

I started my home buying journey with century 21 they were slow never called back on time didn’t care and were awful refused to set up some showings and canceled multiple times with in 10 mins of a showing, I was about to give up until I walked into Coldwell Banker from the moment I talked with them I knew they would help me find the perfect home. they set up showings for multiple houses I was interested in and answered every question I had! Dylan was amazing! So beyond thankful for the above and beyond service he gave! With out them I wouldn’t have the beautiful home I have now. Thank you!

Dealt with at least 30 realtors in my lifetime. I have friends who are realtors. There are much better options out there. These reviews are skewed and not accurate.nnUpdate: Don’t put your shortcomings on me. Your performance has nothing to do with me.
