Most unfriendly management I've ever experienced. I traveled 2000 plus miles from my home in Florida to visit a relative of mine. Keystone management immediately threatened to have my car towed for parking in the driveway of one of the buildings they manage. Extremely grateful that I don't have to rent. But as a guest and the way they treated me I can only imagine how they treat their tenants. Would not recommend this company. Half star ⭐

Horrible experience moved out of my apt and all they did was charge me for a trash bag and a cleaning service that didn’t even need Becuase I cleaned it all myself. Very unprofessional and selfish company all they care about is money and they really don’t care about your living situation would highly recommend finding somewhere else to rent from!!!

I have absolutely loved working with Melissa and Danielle. They are super quick with responses and if there are any issues, they have people there fixing the issue the following day. This is my very first apartment experience and they have been absolutely incredible and the Summerhaven apartments are very nice and clean upon moving in! I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for apartments !nP.S Treat others the way you want to be treated. Landlords will always treat tenants the way the tenants are treating them so always keep that in mind!nAgain, 100% would rent from them again!

I worked with Melissa. She was wonderful. She was very quick and responsive to all my questions, and had all paperwork prepped and presented quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment

Wow...I am currently looking for an apartment and was considering renting through Keystone Management until I read all of the reviews above...apparently Keystone has NO management at all!! I can't believe that they did not fix the water damage in one apartment and they took months to fix a washer and a light...definitely SLUM LORDS!! I'm not sure if there are ANY apartments in Augusta that are owned by decent people! Thank you very much for writing your reviews...I will NEVER rent from these people! I only saw 1 good post and that most likely a member for the Keystone staff lol. I don't know how these people have not been shut down by the city inspector. If I were a tenant there I would def. make a call to the city...and for the tenants that have an issue with the rood people in apt. 12..set up a game cam...Get them on video and then press charges. Obviously they are very small minded and will not even notice that they are being recorded. Best of luck to all of you and again ..THANK YOU FOR ALL OF THE WARNINGS!! I WILL PASS IT ON!
