We recently reached out to Hoang Reality as they were the listing agent of a house we were interested in.  Because we had no buyer's agent, we dealt with them directly from the beginning to the closing of the purchase.    Even though we have worked with many realtors in the past 30 years, the team at Hoang Realty has impressed us the most for several reasons.   First reason is their responsiveness.   Regardless of time of day or day of week, we would get timely answers to all our questions whether it be via text, email or voice.    So, despite being assigned a single agent, we had the support of their entire office.  Second reason is their thoroughness and diligence.   At every step of the purchase and sales process they guided us through with incredible ease and care, giving us the confidence that they indeed knew what they were doing and we had little to worry about.   Lastly, their professionalism was bar none.   Although they were representing the seller, not once did they make us feel uncomfortable, and in many cases provided a very sincere, objective perspective.    We highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Augusta area to seriously consider Hoang Realty.    Many thanks to the team over there ( Sydney, Heidi and ESPECIALLY Carolyn..  And last but not least Hoa!)
