Renting through Drinan Properties was one of the best experiences I had as a renter. I initially moved to Maine from out of state for a new job and was unable to look at rentals in person. As such, I focused on property management companies to make sure I got a good unit without the risk of scams. Mike Drinan took the time to put me and my wife in a great condo just off the Peninsula from Portland. I had been nervous renting site unseen, but the unit was exactly as expected come move in day.nnOnce moved in the unit was clean and quiet. Whenever there were issue the Drinan team was quick to get back to me and resolve the issue. Overall it was one of the best experiences I've had as a renter. My wife and I only left because we purchased a house, but if I had to rent again I would rent with Drinan Properties.

Great landlord. Whenever we had something go wrong, they were there ASAP to check it out. Lived in our place for 4 years and never had any issues. Was very flexible at the end of our lease.

I rented a retail space from Drinan Properties for four years and have nothing but good things to say about being a tenant in his building. Mike was professional and responsive, always taking meticulous care of building repairs, snow removal etc. He’s an excellent landlord. I would highly recommend Drinan Properties!

We rented a condominium through Mike Drinan for two years. He was very supportive and understanding regarding our rental needs from the beginning. Mike was very easy to work with. We recommend him without hesitation.
