My husband and I used Adams Property Management to rent-out our house for a year. This was our first experience with renting-out property and we feel that because of Adams Property Management it was a GREAT first experience. We had never done anything like that before and they helped us to navigate it each step of the way, patiently answering our questions and being very responsive as we reached-out for help. They also secured renters for us who took care of our property and even when there were any maintenance issues Adams Property Management addressed them and did so conscientiously with the labor and materials. They regularly kept us updated as to income and expenses and were very professional the entire time. We give Adams Property Management our highest recommendation.

Don't even bother with this place, they are bums that can't even run a company properly. the properties need major work. Slum lords to be honest. He and his daughter I tried to work with to figure out a proper resolution but the next step is the courts!

I've been a tenant for 9 years now and been treated fairly and well taken care of by Adam's management! They have always been willing to work with me when life threw a curve ball! Love my apartment and the neighborhood I live in. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent management company that owns many nice buildings, several of which are the old brick historical buildings. I been renting with them for over five years now, Elise and Peter are both attentive and professional to deal with any tenant needs.
