I was very surprised and happy about working with Tony, he was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations, I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking 8buy or sell a home. When I felt exhausted and ready to give up, Tony was right there to help me through every step and explain each step of the process. He even found a new and better lender for me when I was getting a runaround from my credit union. And so thanks to Tony, I am now the proud owner of my forever home. He is amazing.

Tony was very helpful through the entire process. I was trying to sell and a radon issue had came up in the inspection and he took the time to get multiple quotes from companies to help me get the best deal for a water and air radon filter, which are not cheap but he saved me quite a bit of money. This was my first time selling so I didn’t know a whole lot but he kept me informed everyday and explained anything I didn’t understand. Would recommend him every time and I plan to have him help me buy a new home in the future

When my husband and I decided to start to look at lake front properties in Maine, he did a ‘google’ search for realtors. Tony’s reviews were terrific and a after a quick phone call to discuss our new search, Tony hit the floor running. The response time for Tony to get us information on a property, mortgage broker, or an insurance agent was always prompt. Tony knows the Maine property values and gave us solid advice on the bids we submitted, which not only protected us from overpaying, but also guided us to be competitive in obtaining our home. If you are serious in purchasing a new home, we strongly recommend working with Tony as he will work to match you to your new home in a very reasonable time frame. From start to finish, Tony’s communication kept the transaction as stress free as possible and we are very grateful to be new homeowners to an amazing lake front property in Limerick Maine.

Tony was very responsive both to calls and to questions. He was patient with my questions and concerns, and he interacted with the seller in a very professional manner regarding my concerns. His comps were a little off, but mainly due to the impact of COVID-19, I think. He guided me through the process with weekly emails, as well as frequent phone calls and texts. I would definitely recommend working with Tony.
