We had such a good experience with Maine Dream Properties and Liz Henry! We were unsure of what we were going to do as far as purchasing a property right away as this was a second home for us. Liz was willing to work with us knowing it could be a long process. We were always informed, never waited for responses and if she did not know the answer to one of our questions she was quick to either get the answer for us or info on how to. I would recommend Liz and Maine Dream Properties. It was a great experience!

I just closed my second transaction with this team and it was just as good as the first. We had a few hiccups and challenges to work through, and their team was highly communicative and walked me through the process. The owner, Ann, called to explain things to me several times. Highly recommend.

It is our great privilege to recommend Ann Cianchette and her team at Maine Dream Properties to anyone looking for a new home or land. Our family was looking for land in the Midcoast Region where we could build a new home. After interviewing several realtors in Southern Maine, it was easy for us to see that Ann would be a great fit for us. When we first met, she listened closely to our needs and desires, took detailed notes, and provided answers to all our questions. As we began the search, Ann’s entire team was very helpful in obtaining additional information when listings were incomplete or unclear. Once we settled on a lot that we wanted to purchase, Ann continued to exceed all our expectations. She was very persistent and paid close attention to the smallest of details to make sure we were very well represented throughout the process. While we were still living out of state, she was a meticulous advocate for us as we worked to close a complex purchase and was a dutiful negotiator with the selling agent when we couldn’t be there in person.
