We have used the services of Scott and Sunny Townsend for many years. Every year they never disappoint. Most recently we did a winter rental at Higgins Beach and they were extremely accommodating when we told them our budget. They were kind and friendly and prepared to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

My family has rented a few different beach houses over the past decade with HigginsBeachMaine.com and they've been great to deal with every time. While we never had any major issues, if something small came up - like an empty tank on a grill - the team was quick to respond and help get the issues resolved.
