I recently sold and purchased a home on the coast of southern Maine and Meghan Seekins was extremely professional, helpful, and an amazing resource for all of my questions. My home was sold in a week and my closing dates matched up perfectly. Overall a seamless transition for what could be a very stressful time. I would recommend Meghan and Landing Realty to my closest friends and family.

My husband and I were the purchasers of a property listed by Ashley Kilmartin on Old Orchard Beach. Ashley misrepresented the property and did not disclose pertinent information to us or our Realtor. She was argumentative and unprofessional with us and difficult to work with.

I was so confused during the whole home buying process, overwhelmed and skeptical. I had inquired about a home I was interested in looking at, and within minutes I got an email response back from Shawn. He set up a time to view the home a few days later. He was polite, understanding and very helpful. I had so many questions, and he answered them all with ease and patience. I would have to say he made me more confident in the whole home buying process than when I originally started it. I had asked my Financial institute in which I had originally gotten the approval for the loan, and to my dissatisfaction, they didn't take the time to answer all my question as I would have liked. Shawn was great, though he didn't work for the Loan process side at all, he answered all my Financial questions, and was able to refer me to another financial institute in which he worked closely with, so I could further my knowledge of the whole process. I would highly recommend The Landing Real Estate to anyone nervous about the home buying process, and I would definitely recommend Shawn. He remained polite, down to earth, understanding, and timely during the whole process!

I have to say that Landing Real Estate has been nothing but welcoming. I had the best experience working with them, especially Jessica Falcone! She is such an upbeat, tenacious, outgoing, and smart person. If you ever get a chance to work with her I really recommend it. Thank you so much for my first sell on my building Jess, you ROCK!

I have worked with multiple agents over the years, but Jess is hands down one of the best out there. If it weren't for her determination and fearless attitude, I am convinced that the deals would not have gone through. Highly, highly recommended!
