My family moved up to Southern Maine last fall and Mark Duval was recommended to us by some local family. Mark walked us through every step of the process, from seeing towns that would be a fit, looking at school systems for our children and navigating through the actual sale. Mark knows the area, and has the personal skills to works with sellers, buyers and mortgage folks. We are very happy in our new home, and if we find we've outgrown it, we will definitely seeks Mark's help again. I would recommend Mark to anybody I know.
