Lovely, awesome, down-to-earth, customer-focused service with a smile. I needed a faucet grommet for an ancient out-of-production unit. Three different sales reps spent a good ten minutes trying to find a suitable replacement (and finally succeeded) -- all for just a 40 cent washer. Then when I found that I only had a credit card to pay for it, they gave me TWO washers gratis. Nice, nice folks.
Love these guys! Everyone in the store is kind and attentive, ready to help with any questions. They're happy to point you in the right direction to fix what you're looking for or do a deep dive to help you figure out how to solve a home repair or building problem. Great store, great staff.
