Great selection. Friendly staff.
I easily placed an online order for curbside pick up. Nice. The order confirmation said to be sure to wait for email that indicated my order was ready. 3 days later I called to see what was up. Helpful associate Tyler confirmed it was ready(today).nWhen I arrive there is a sign up front for “curbside only”, which I misunderstood to be a parking area. I called to let them know I arrived. Was told they would be there when they could get to me. After 1 minute, An associate of girth yelled at me to move my car because I was blocking traffic. Well okay. I understand that, I had only been idling for a minute and didn’t think I would be there that long, but there was absolutely no reason for the manner in which I was treated. I will go to another store going forward. Not this location ever more.nnI am still waiting for someone to come out going on 10 minutes now. No acknowledgment and now others being served that arrived after me.
I find it difficult now to shop in stores because of limited mobility. These are the nicest, most accommodating people you could ever hope to do business with. Now just now with the CO VID accommodations, but always since I have done business with them for the last 17 years.
Courteous employees and quick service.
Very good hardware store have everything you need.
