Decent place. Good sandwiches depending on who's working that day. Better service than Little Caesars.

Nothing but disappointment. My sister ordered two sliders. They were made and then sat there unwrapped for at least 15 minutes, while the girl behind the counter decided to make a call in order. In the mean time my other sister and I waited patiently for another 10 minutes. I ask if she had any help, to a guy with a Subway shirt on, he told me no she worked for Subway. This was in Louisa, Kentucky. I was so angry by this time, I told my sister let's go somewhere else. Then the same guy I had ask if she had help, decided he worked for them and tried to take our order. I left, I was so hungry and upset. I was not going to spend my hard earned money at a place like this. Go to Wendy's, it was better and cheaper by far.

The sandwiches are great and there are excellent deals. However this Subway I would never visit in a hurry. From my experience it takes about 8minutes per sandwich so if there is a line there is a huge wait. The staff are always friendly though and seem to take pride in making a great sub.
