Andrea worked miracles. * I feel I should expand on this. I had spinal surgery a year ago and have remained in pain since. I was basically told I would eventually need more surgery; then I saw Andrea. She was the first person in over a year to actually listen to me. She knew what I was feeling without having to tell her and she gave me ways to start getting my body back. It's not going to be easy but it's the first time I've felt hope of getting better and that I have some control in the process. That was my miracle.
I just attempted to make an appointment with Back on Track. Deb not only was short and curt with me, but unwilling to do a pre authorization for my insurance so that I may begin my journey to feeling better. We have always gone to Sage Wellness for our medically necessary massages with no issues from the insurance or billing piece. She simply was not willing to help or give me any type of decent customer service.
Dr. Sara saved my life when I was 36 weeks pregnant with back pain. She made delivery tolerable and has continued to make sure my neck pain is minimal 16 months later. She's professional and friendly and I'm so glad I made the decision to receive care here.
I was recently browsing the interweb, and I came upon a review page for Back On Track Wellness. I saw lots of good reviews, and then one bad one. I just wanted to clear things up and help bring her rating up from the deficit it took from the one star. Back On Track is an amazing and quality chiropractics office, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Dr.Sara.
I came here for a massage, Andrea did an amazing job. She sent me up with some exercises to help me with some trouble spots. I will definitely be back!
