I loved the work that the Carpet Cleaning Crew did at our home we were renting, they came out brand new!!!

Not a friendly environment

New customer. Came to house and they were to clean home. Sink,counters,stove top and handle not cleaned. One bathr oom sink left not cleaned. Kitchen floor left spotted.nDiscussed with wife and agreed that if work was done first time so poorly what could we expect in future. Called to advise on how poorly the work was done. No answer so I left message to call so I could explain why I was cancelling.nCame into work in AM and there was a message from Jackie. She stated that the cleaners said they had done a good job and it must have been my son who must have gone into house and made it dirty. He was there to shovel deck outside in did not go in house. What a ridiculous statement. Stove never touch. Sink not touch. Counter top not touch.nWhat poor service. I had signed to do office cleaning. I could not do business with such disinterest in service andnIt gets worse. Co owner showed up at office to get vacuum let at my office. Let have vacuum and asked to have Jackie call. He said he could talk to me. He came in and sat down. I said I wanted him to look at pictures I had taken at my home showing what they had failed to touch. He said he did not been this aggregation and crap . He got up and walked out.nI walk to my fax machine and have nasty letter from the owner with no acceptance of poor work. I can see why he accepts poor quality work and untruths , it is part of their business plan.nNever have I seen such poor customer relations and the service is awful.

I wouldn't give this company 1 star. They did not do half they were hired for. $850 and we still had a lot to clean. Was quoted 1 day with a crew of 4. Only 2 men showed up and they had to come back again. I sent an email and never received any response.

Avoid. There are companies out there that will treat you right. This is not one of them.
