Came home from work to find my house at 84 degrees and it was 91 outside. Fan was running and you could here the condenser trying to come on but to no avail. Called a few places and the quickest appointment I could get was Tuesday with one of the competitors. Thermodyn was my last call and for good reason. They could get someone out to me within the hour! May I remind you, it’s 4:40PM on a Friday. They got my info and said a tech would call me and be able to quote me a price. When he called and told me his price...I couldn’t say no! The overtime pricing was only $15 more than my regularly scheduled appointment on Tuesday with a local competitor named for the season...nnHe came out, quickly diagnosed even though he called it while on the phone with me before even looking at it. He replaced the capacitor and helped me set up for cleaning my condenser coils. All in just under 30 minutes with the 30 minute trip charge and $20 part...I paid $30 more than what the other place was charging me for just coming out during normal business hours!nnThermodyn has earned a customer for life! Thank you for getting my family back to “comfortable” during these hot summer days!

We have been doing an extensive remodeling project, moving all our bathroom plumbing, some air return vents and thermostat location. They think it is a good idea to be closed more often than they are open. I've went with a cold house because stores like this feel they are too good to stay open past 5 or never dare to be open on a weekend
