Nailed It! Spa

As the nail technician was preparing to do my nails, she reached for the dirty, used, tools. I told her that I wanted clean tools. I took a bit of convincing on my part to get her to get clean tools. I will not be going there again.

Very busy, made an appointment for 2pm. Arrived on time, checked in and then they proceeded to seat 6 walk-ins ahead of me. Waited 20 minutes for a technician to come see me. Mediocre pedicure at best and the worst manicure I've ever had. Will not return.

I've been to Nailed It! multiple times for both pedicures and manicures, and have been happy every time with the services. The staff is friendly and take their time to make your nails perfect. I especially love when Jenny does my nails, she is so sweet and makes my nails look fabulous.

While I live in this area, I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Jeni is my GIRL! She is the only person that I have ever had 100% confidence in. I’m never even slightly disappointed. 10/10 do recommend this place!
