I would not use this office for any reason again. You can negotiate the commission you pay them. Making sure you pay on the selling price not the finance price. We got taken on this with them saying it's required by Kentucky Realtor Association. It's not. Seller beware, realtors are not always truthful and they will say anything to get you to sign their contract.

Ashley Grubb is the most unprofessional rudest agent I have ever met ! She was very disrespectful to us at a house showing . Rude is a understatement, she was bragging how much money she made. Very unprofessional.
