The Pekin Taco Bell has tanked. I've had to downgrade my previous review. We were frequent customers with Taco Bell being the top of our fast food list. Now, its Taco Johns instead. I still prefer the items at Taco Bell, but they can't get an order right anymore. At least you get what you order, made correctly, at Taco Johns.nnUpdate: Never going back. This time they forgot an entire meal aside from the drink. Service is terrible. Thanks for stealing 5 bucks.nnSecond update: Taco Bell has now taken everything good off the menu. At least now there is no reason to try it again.

When you order 7 of the same burritos, 2 w/o onion....it would be helpful to mark the ones w/o onion or put it in a different bag. Disassembling all of the burritos to figure out which 2 have no onion is RIDICULOUS.nnUpdate: 7 months later....SAME PROBLEM. JOKE OF A STORE.

Grayce in the drive thru is the worst. She is very rude and has no customer service skills. Fail on taco bell for hiring someone who deals with people with an attitude. Food was great!

Just went through and got the nachos. Literally no meat and little toppings on my food. If I could put a picture, I would show you. It was like going to chipotle and getting a bag of plain chips.... but these aren’t nearly as good as chipotle.
